Don Lucas Rosete, Alguacil Mayor de la provincia de Jalapa y Jalacingo, usando de las facultades que por leyes de estos reinos son concedidas a los que tienen oficios vendibles y renunciables como lo es el suyo, otorga que lo renuncia en don Pedro Rosete, en primer lugar para que lo sustituya, y por su falta en segundo lugar en don Juan Lazon, y por la falta de ambos en don Jacinto Flores de Castro, todos de esta vecindad, para que después del fallecimiento del otorgante pidan título en forma para su uso y ejercicio.
