Don Francisco Velad, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, ha recibido de su hermana doña Josefa Mariana Velad, mujer de don Gaspar de Olavarrieta, Alcalde Mayor de Malinalco, por orden de don José Antonio de la Pedreguera, sobrino de dicho Olavarrieta, la cantidad de 2,476 pesos 2 y medio reales en cuenta de pago de la legitima materna y paterna e importe del balance de una tienda mestiza con todos sus pertrechos, ubicada en este pueblo de Jalapa, valuada por don Matías de la Mora Castañeda y por don Bernardo de la Fuente, obligándose a pagar a don Gaspar de Olavarrieta, 150 pesos anuales y en temporada de flota 500 pesos, por el arrendamiento de la casa en donde esta la tienda.
