Don Luis de Ullate, Capitán de las Compañías de Dragones de la Guarnición de la Plaza de la Nueva Veracruz, destacado en el pueblo de Jalapa, informa que la Real Audiencia de México le manda a recibir un traslado de agravios sobre un vale que presentó don Martín de Miranda y Tellechea, razón por la cual otorga poder especial a don Miguel de Avilés, Coronel y Sargento Mayor de Dragones del Regimiento de España, para que reciba dicho traslado, y siga hasta el final el juicio que se sigue contra el otorgante.
