Bernabé Polonio, vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, dijo que se siguió causa criminal puesta por el encargado de justicia del pueblo de Coatepec contra Marcial Monge, negro libre, por haber hecho armas contra dicho encargado, motivo por el cual el señor Gaspar de Iriarte, Capitán de Milicias y Subdelegado de esta villa, dictó sentencia mandando poner a éste en libertad con restitución; por lo que a través de la presente el otorgante señala que se constituye en fiador de dicho Monje, quien no hará residencia fija en esta villa ni en sus contornos.
