Don Luis Antonio Ortiz de Zárate, de este vecindad, dijo que a don Juan Vaquier se le remataron los diezmos mayores de semillas, ganados y mestas del partido de San Juan de los Llanos y sus Ramos, en el que se incluye el pueblo de Perote, por el tiempo de 5 años, que empezarán a contarse desde el día último de diciembre de 1772, como consta en escritura que otorgó don Rudecindo Muñoz de San Vicente, por lo que necesitan fiado el dicho Juan Vaquier, otorga que se constituye en su fiador, hasta por la cantidad de 2, 000 pesos anuales y le da poder para que entregue escritura que en razón de ello fuere necesaria y se obliga a cumplir con lo estipulado.
