Don Domingo Manuel Cortés, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, albacea testamentaria del Presbítero Francisco José Cortés, tutor y curador ad bona de su nieto menor José María Domínguez Cortés Peña de Ceballos, otorga poder especial a don Ángel López de Santa Anna, Escribano Público y de Cabildo de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, para que ante la Real Justicia de esa ciudad y en representación de dicho menor, como bisnieto legítimo de doña Manuela Nicolasa del Castillo, conocida por Salado, madre de doña María Rosa Ceballos, pida facción de inventarios de los bienes que en quedaron en dicha ciudad por fallecimiento de doña Manuela Nicolasa.
