Alonso Tirado, escribano público de Su Majestad de la provincia de Jalacingo, como principal obligado, y el Alférez Juan Ruiz Fernández, como su fiador, vecino de dicha provincia, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, 106 pesos y 2 tomines de oro común, por otros tantos que valieron 142 cabezas de ganado ovejuno, a 6 reales cada una, del diezmo del año pasado de 1677, de la hacienda de ovejas de Sebastián Pérez, vecino de Teziutlán, que el principal compró al Lic. Juan González de Castro, presbítero, colector de diezmos, para fin del mes de agosto venidero de 1679.
