Don Joaquín José Micon, y don Juan Manuel de Revilla, vecinos de la Nueva Veracruz, residentes en esta Villa, el primero le presentó al segundo una libranza exigiéndole su pago por haberse cumplido el término; respondiendo Revilla que no satisface su importe por no tener fondos en plata efectiva, pues don José Ramón Recaño, girador de ella libró en conceptos de tenerlos realizados, y aunque ofreció pagaría luego que fuesen vendidos los géneros, no se le han admitido; por lo que Micon expresó que protestaba contra el girador o contra quien más haya lugar todos los daños y perjuicios que por su no cumplimento se le eroguen.
