Don Felipe Montes de Guevara, del Comercio de España y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder especial, en primer lugar a don Manuel González de Miera y en segundo a don Fausto Gutiérrez Gayón, vecinos de la Ciudad de Cádiz, para que usen el cargo de albacea testamentario, el cual le fue otorgado al poderdante por don José de Montes, su difunto tío, junto con don Isidoro de la Torre, don Francisco Fernández de Rábago y don José Montes de Guevara; de igual manera les otorga poder general, para que cobren todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata, joyas, esclavos y otros géneros que le deban al otorgante.
