Don Rafael José de Facio, Regidor y Alférez Real jubilado de la ciudad de Veracruz y residente en esta Villa de Jalapa, junto con su legítima esposa doña María del Rosario Durán, otorgan poder especial a don Juan José de Puch y por su ausencia a don Miguel Bernal, ambos vecinos de Cádiz, para que en sus nombres representen sus personas, acciones y derechos que les corresponden en la testamentaria del finado don Francisco Durán, padre de la otorgante, para que se oponga a toda exhibición de los bienes de dicho difunto en el Real y Supremo Consejo de Indias, por parte de don Ignacio Suárez, Administrador aprobado por la Real Audiencia de esta Nueva España.
