Don José Bazán de Otero, vecino del pueblo de Perote, Jurisdicción de Jalapa, quien solicitó el remate de una casa que fuera de sus difuntos padres don Fernando Bazán de Otero y doña Ángela de Malpica, por la cantidad de 650 pesos, la cual se le admitió, por lo que mandó a exhibir dicha cantidad y dejó depositada en don Bernardo de la Fuente desde hace 3 años, cantidad que ahora solicita le entreguen, comprometiéndose a devolverla, conforme a las condiciones que le impongan o que se le entregue dicha casa a cambio de la citada cantidad, por lo cual ofrece como fiador a don Mariano de Acosta, dueño de mulas y vecino de este pueblo, obligándose ambos a pagar los 650 pesos de dicho principal y fianza.
