Don José Antonio Domínguez y don Martín Moreno, vecinos de esta Villa, se constituyen fiadores comentarienses del Reverendo Padre Fray José Santos, actual Comendador del Convento de Nuestra Señora de la Merced de Veracruz, quien se encuentra arrestado en el Convento de San Francisco de esta Villa, obligándose a comparecer en la Capital de México, ante el Juzgado del Señor Provisor y Vicario Capitular de aquel Arzobispado, para contestar en la causa o sumaria que en esta Villa se le formó por acontecimientos del día, y si dicho reverendo padre no fuese puntual y exacto en verificarlo, los otorgantes como sus fiadores comentarienses lo conducirán y presentarán sin dar lugar a reclamos.
