Don Miguel Antonio Vizcardo, del Comercio de España y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que hace donación a doña Manuela López Ortiz, doncella, de una casa por el tiempo de su vida y por su fallecimiento pase en la misma forma a poder y goce de su hermana doña Ana López Ortiz, y por muerte de ambas pase a posesión, dominio y propiedad de cualquiera de sus hijos o a todos ellos. Dicha casa se ubica en la calle del Ganado con la que hace frente al oriente y del otro lado solar de la casa que fue de don Pedro José Durán, al norte linda con casilla de don Félix Ruiz, al sur con casa de los herederos de don Pedro de Senande y al poniente con solar de Antonio Choza.
