Don Juan [Bautista] Soler, socio de la Compañía de interés titulada Feliú Soler Oriach y Compañía, ubicada en esta Villa, presentó ante el escribano una libranza donde exige un pago a don Manuel de Yruela Zamora, Capitán del Regimiento de Infantería de Milicias Provinciales de Valladolid. En cuya virtud contestó Yruela que aunque se ha cumplido el término de la libranza que tiene aceptada no puede de pronto hacer el pago por hallarse como transeúnte, por esa causa no tiene consigo el valor en efectivo; pero que si lo pagará remitiendo a su casa ubicada en el Real de Angageo, donde tiene su residencia o permitiéndole el tiempo necesario para que desde allí pueda hacerle llegar el importe, ya que no se le anticipó el aviso acostumbrado, de cuya exposición pidió el enunciado Soler le libre testimonio.
