Justo Sáenz de la Lastra Ruiz Ugarrio, vecino del pueblo de Huamantla, jurisdicción de Tlaxcala, estante en este pueblo, hijo legítimo de Juan Sáenz de la Lastra y de María Ruiz de Ugarrio, vecinos que fueron de Robredo de las Pueblas, en el Valle de Valdeporras[Valdeporres], en los reinos de Castilla, de donde es natural, dio su poder cumplido al Capitán Don Antonio Cueto Bracamontes, vecino de la nueva ciudad de Veracruz y Tesorero de la Santa Cruzada en ella, para que en su nombre haga y ordene su testamento, con las cláusulas, legados, mandas y declaraciones que le tiene comunicado.
