Don José Antonio Rodríguez, vecino de Perote, otorga que debe a don Fernando Menacho, del Comercio de España, la cantidad de 3, 340 pesos 5 reales que por importe de varios géneros y efectos de Castilla le ha comprado, más un dinero que en reales de contado le prestó desde principios de este año, mismos que se obliga a pagar al susodicho o a quien en su lugar hubiere dentro de los primeros 6 meses, y para la seguridad del pago, hipoteca la casa de su morada que tiene en Perote, en el barrio del Calvario, junto al Hospital del Rey y de otra que tiene en el mismo pueblo.
