El Capitán Don Sebastián de Mora y Medrano, Alcalde Mayor de esta provincia, notificó el auto de arriba a Doña Aldonza Antonia de Neira Claver y a Don Diego de Arce y Tovar, su marido, vecinos de Jalapa, como una de las herederas de Don Alonso de Neira Claver, para que acepte o renuncie dicha herencia; y dijo que no pretendía aceptarla, y la repudió para que sucedan en la parte que a ella le pudiere tocar, en sus hermanas, herederas de su padre, pues se contentó con la cantidad de pesos que le dio antes de su fallecimiento, cuando contrajo matrimonio con Don Diego de Arce y Tovar.
