Don Antonio Díaz Parraga, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, y doña Rita Apolonia Jiménez, albaceas de Ramón de Osorio, ella viuda de dicho Osorio, otorgaron poder especial a Fernando de Rebolledo, cuñado de dicha Rita y demás herederos de su difunto hermano, para que firme el compromiso que hicieron acerca de la herencia de su abuelo, en el que acordaron que Rita Apolonia Jiménez, entregará la casa de Coatepec y 700 pesos en dinero de contado de dote de su difunta abuela y pagará gastos del difunto, obligándose ambas partes a cumplir las condiciones de esta escritura.
