Pedro García de Espinosa, vecino de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, como hijo legítimo y heredero de Gonzalo García Lozano y de Doña Ana de Espinosa del Villar, dijo que por fin y muerte de sus padres le tocó una parte en la Hacienda Nuestra Señora del Carmen, provincia de Tlaxcala, que hoy posee Doña Elena de [Medina y] Landa, viuda de José Espinosa de los Monteros, y porque los demás herederos vendieron las suyas al Capitán Francisco de Salazar Maldonado, Alguacil Mayor de San Juan de los Llanos, y el otorgante no recibió nada, y para que se ponga cobro de ella, dio su poder cumplido a Nicolás de los Reyes, vecino de la provincia de Tepeaca, para que en su nombre pida y demande la parte que le pertenece.
