El Capitán Juan de Malpica, dueño de recua, vecino de la jurisdicción de Jalacingo, dijo que por las ocupaciones de su ejercicio no puede asistir personalmente a los inventarios, avalúos, división y partición de los bienes que quedaron por fin y muerte de Catalina de Borboa, su mujer, y teniendo comunicado lo que conviene para que tenga efecto lo referido, otorga poder especial a Francisco Miguel de Campo, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, para que en su representación pase a hacer inventarios de los bienes adquiridos y poseídos durante su matrimonio, asimismo lo nombra tercer contador para que haga justicia de lo que le toca a cada uno de los herederos.
