Don Juan de Echagaray, Gentilhombre de la Cámara de su Majestad, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, otorga poder a Francisco de San Juan, vecino de la Nueva Ciudad de la Veracruz, residente en la corte y villa de Madrid, y a Marcos Antonio de Verástegui, de esa misma vecindad, a ambos con igual facultad, para que en su nombre parezcan ante el Rey Felipe y su Real Consejo de Indias, otros jueces y justicias y lo representen en todos sus pleitos, causas civiles y criminales eclesiásticos y seglares, demandando y defendiéndolo de cualesquier comunidades y personas particulares, así también para que lo puedan obligar por cantidades de pesos.
