El Señor Licenciado don Gregorio Fentanes, Cura Vicario y Juez Eclesiástico de esta Villa, dijo que por cuanto el Bachiller don Domingo Aravalles, Cirujano y vecino de esta propia Villa, le prestó la cantidad de 3 100 pesos con que compró, en el Juzgado Eclesiástico de Capellanías y Obras Pías de este Obispado de la Ciudad de la Puebla, la casa alta de su morada ubicada en la Calle de la Amargura de esta Villa y no teniendo el otorgante reales con que pagar, por la presente cede, renuncia y transfiere en el expresado Aravalles todos los derechos de propiedad, dominio y señorío de dicha casa.\t
