Don Pedro José de Echeverría, presente en este suelo, en nombre de su casa titulada "Viuda de Echeverría e Hijos" de Veracruz, otorga poder a don Francisco de Acevedo, vecino de la ciudad de Orizaba, para que a nombre de dicha señora viuda e hijos de Echeverría y representando los derechos y acciones de dicha sociedad, gestione lo conducente en el juicio que se sigue en el Juzgado de Hacienda de la referida ciudad de Orizaba, sobre aprehensión que allí hicieron de seis barras de plata pertenecientes a la enunciada casa sociedad, hasta que logre la efectiva entrega de ellas.
