Doña Aldonza Clara de Vargas, viuda de Andrés Vázquez, vecina de Jalapa, dijo que su madre doña Ana Francisca Matamoros, mujer del Capitán Francisco García López, poseyó 2 suertes de tierra llamadas Tlalmecapan y Vega de Santiago, más un potrero que está a su linde, y ella heredó esas tierras. Por lo que otorga poder especial en primer lugar a Martín de Goicochea y en su ausencia a Juan Antonio Zavaleta, residente en la Ciudad de México con igual facultad, para que en su nombre parezcan ante el Licenciado Francisco Valenzuela Vanegas, Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, del Consejo de Su Majestad y Oidor más antiguo en la Real Audiencia, para arreglar la composición y medidas de esas tierras.
