Don José Fernández de Castañeda, vecino de esta Villa de Jalapa, otorga que ha recibido de don Miguel Ignacio de Miranda y de con Manuel Moreno, albaceas del difunto Teniente Coronel Pedro José Moreno, la cantidad de 10, 000 pesos en dinero de contado en calidad de depósito irregular, que pertenecen a los herederos de dicho difunto, mismos que se obliga a pagar junto con sus réditos del 5 %, por tiempo de 5 años, contados desde hoy, como seguro de la deuda hipoteca unas fincas que posee en esta villa deslindadas en esta escritura, constando que 3 de ellas tienen gravamen.
