Don Juan Esteban de Elías, vecino y del comercio de esta Villa, otorga poder especial a don Miguel Alduncin, para que comparezca en el Juzgado del Doctor José Ignacio Berazueta, Teniente Letrado, Asesor Ordinario de la Puebla de los Ángeles, a solicitar los trámites ordinarios y aprobación del remate que se le hizo a su favor, en el Juzgado del Subdelegado de esta Villa, en virtud de caución de aquél, de la casa curtiduría, situada en el Barrio de la Laguna, y una casa deteriorada, en la Calle de la Amargura, pertenecientes al concurso de acreedores formado a bienes del difunto don Luis Zárate.
