Don Nicolás Rodríguez, natural del Reino de Galicia y vecino del pueblo de Olinalá, con testamento hecho, declara que por vía de codicilio se agregue lo siguiente; se pague a don Juan de Villalobos, su mozo Santiago Robledo y su Mayordomo Sebastián, que al padre de don José Gómez se le pague el alquiler de la casa, se digan misas a nombre de algunos santos, deja en poder de Juan Antonio 9 mulas de carga ensilladas y un caballo, de dichas mulas manda se le otorgue una a Javier, “El Sabanero”, y en manos de su albacea quedan 160 pesos por la venta de otras mulas.
