Don Ramón María de Villalba, Juez Subdelegado por Su Majestad de esta Villa de Xalapa y presidente de su muy Ilustre Ayuntamiento, marido y conjunta persona de doña María del Rosario Morales, otorga poder a don Francisco Emparan, vecino y del comercio de Veracruz, para que en su nombre se presente en el Juzgado Eclesiástico de dicha plaza y pida se le entreguen las dotes que correspondieron a la expresada su esposa, de las Cofradías del Santísimo Sacramento y Nuestra Señora del Rosario, sita la primera en la Iglesia Parroquial y la segunda en el Convento de Nuestro Padre Santo Domingo de dicha ciudad, como huérfana que fue de ellas en virtud de sorteos.
