Don José Joaquín González de Ortega, de esta vecindad, ha recibido de don José Miguel de Iriarte, de esta misma vecindad, la cantidad de 472 pesos y 6 reales desde tiempo anticipado y no pudiendo satisfacer la deuda al tiempo de su vencimiento, se obliga a reconocerla a censo redimible de un 5% anual, para mayor seguro de la deuda hipoteca una casa ubicada en la segunda cuadra de la Calle de la Amargura, la que hace su frente hacia el poniente con casas de la Cofradía de Nuestro Padre Jesús, que hoy en día sirven de Cuartel del Regimiento de Infantería de Nueva España, cuya hipoteca la hace con el consentimiento de su hermana Mariana Dolores González de Ortega, quien tiene el mayor derecho a la finca.\t
