Don Juan Agustín Martínez de Samperio, de esta vecindad, dijo que en el año de 1778 otorgó su disposición en la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz y ahora por vía de codicilo ordena que si falleciera en esta Villa, don José Antonio de la Peña, de esta misma vecindad y comercio, disponga de su funeral y entierro en el modo y forma que a él parezca; asimismo encarga a su hermano, albacea y heredero de don Manuel Martínez de Samperio, liquide y ajuste la cuenta de compañía que tiene con doña Nicolasa Domínguez sobre la tienda ubicada en la casa de dicha señora.
