Francisco de Thormes, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, obligado de las carnicerías de esta jurisdicción, dijo que por hallarse sin ganado para el abasto de las carnicerías y encontrarse con ellos el Capitán Luis Fernández de la Flor y Pareja, de la Orden de Santiago, de la misma vecindad, de su buena voluntad le cede y traspasa las carnicerías y su abasto por tiempo de un año que se cuenta desde el día de la fecha de esta escritura con las mismas calidades, condiciones y circunstancias con que se le remataron a él.
