El Capitán Alonso Nicolás Chirino Palacian, español, vecino de la Ciudad de México, dijo que próximo a hacer viaje a los Reinos de España, dio poder en la Ciudad de México a don Marcos López de Noroña para todos sus negocios, causas y cobranzas de diferentes cantidades, pero teniendo presente los riesgos tan grandes en la navegación y no haber dispuesto testamento, declara que tiene dos hijos con María Soriana, vecina y natural de la ciudad de La Habana, quien asimismo se encuentra encinta , a los cuales reconoce como sus hijos naturales y si muriera en ese viaje, pide se considere como cláusula de testamento.
