Don Felipe Parriani, natural de la ciudad de Navarra en Italia, hijo de don Juan Bautista Parriani y de doña Catarina Bechia, difuntos, estando enfermo en esta Villa de Xalapa otorga su testamento donde declara ha permanecido en estado célibe y que no ha tenido ni tiene hijo alguno y que desde sus primeros años ha estado al lado de don José García Dávila, Gobernador e Intendente actual de la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz, por cuya razón no tiene más bienes ni capital, más que el que dicho señor quiera asignarle. Nombra como albacea a don Miguel de Lizardi, vecino y del comercio de la Veracruz. Nombra como su único heredero a dicho García Dávila.
