Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, dueño de los ingenios La Santísima Trinidad y Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, ubicados en la jurisdicción de Jalapa, recibe de Fabián Chacón, mercader, vecino de la ciudad de México y administrador de la venta de sus azúcares en aquella, 4 000 pesos para el avío de sus ingenios que sumados a los 12 000 que le había dado para el mismo efecto, dan un total de 16 000, los cuales pagará conforme a lo contenido en la escritura de débito y administración fechada el 12 de agosto de 1647.
