El Capitán Francisco García López y Doña Ana Francisca Matamoros, vecino de Jalapa, dieron su poder, cesión y traspaso a Andrés Vázquez, vecino de La Antigua Veracruz, y a su mujer Doña Aldonza Clara de Vargas, hija legítima de la otorgante, para que en sus nombres pidan, reciban y cobren de los dueños del ingenio nombrado San Sebastián Maxtlatlán, ubicado en esta provincia, 2315 pesos de oro común que por el plazo cumplido les adeuda el referido ingenio, y en el cual quedaron cargados por herencia paterna de la otorgante y su hermana Doña María Aldonza de Vargas, difunta, de quien heredó sus derechos.
