Doña Juana Teresa de Ibelly, viuda de Juan Bautista Natera, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que otorgó testamento en la Nueva Ciudad de la Veracruz en 1709, y quiere añadir por vía de codicilio lo siguiente: impone 500 pesos de oro común de principal después de su fallecimiento sobre una casa suya en la Nueva Ciudad de la Veracruz en la Calle de las Damas; linda con casa de Bárbara de Aguirre, con casa de Inés García, al frente con casa de Francisco Mellado, nombra como sus patronos al síndico y guardián que en adelante tuviera en el Convento de San Francisco del pueblo de Jalapa.
