Don Diego Cardeña, Escribano Público del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don Celedonio Pérez, vecino de España y residente en este pueblo, una casa de paredes, cubierta de madera y tejas, la cual mide 28 varas y que linda al norte con la Calle de Tecuanapa, al poniente con casas de los herederos de Laureano de Escobar y Petrona Nolasco González, al sur con sola de Modesto Viveros y al poniente con casa y solar de doña María de la Barreda Gayón, en la cantidad de 800 pesos, de los cuales ha recibido 550, ya que 250 son de un censo redimible a favor de la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción.
