Don José Miguel de Iriarte, de esta vecindad, administrador de los bienes del bachiller Antonio Gómez de la Secada, otorga que debe y ha recibido del Regidor don Francisco Sáenz de Santa María, la cantidad de 2 000 pesos en reales efectivos, por los que le entrega recibo en forma, mismos que ha entregado a Sáenz de Santa María, como Síndico del Convento del Señor San Francisco para que los invierta en la obra que está haciendo en el convento, de una nueva capilla; cuya cantidad se obliga a devolver en el término de tres años y para la seguridad del pago, hipoteca una casa de cal piedra ubicada en la Calle que llaman de las Locerías.
