Pedro de Alcántara Sánchez, vecino de Teocelo, como principal, y Antonio de la Trinidad Ortega, del pueblo de Xicochimalco y dueño de mulas, como su fiador, otorgan que se obligan a pagar a la masa general de la iglesia catedral de la Puebla, la cantidad de 1, 230 pesos, a razón de 416 pesos anuales, en un tiempo de 3 años, contados a partir de 1777 y concluidos en 1779; dicha cantidad es por concepto de los diezmos del Partido de Ixhuacán de los Reyes que se le remataron al mencionado Pedro.
