El Capitán Alonso de Alba, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, Teniente Receptor y Recaudador General de las Reales Alcabalas de esta jurisdicción y sus Ramos, solicita la cancelación de una escritura, cuya copia exhibió, hecha en San Juan de los Llanos, donde consta haberse puesto las Reales Alcabalas de dicha jurisdicción, Tetela y Jonotla en administración de don Juan Vaquier, por don Tomás Rajadel, Administrador de las mismas, obligándose dicho Vaquier como principal y don Pedro Fermín de Ochoa y don Ignacio Mercado como sus fiadores, dejando vigente solamente la obligación y fianza de Vaquier e Ignacio Mercado.
