Terminan las escrituras registradas por el Escribano Nacional e inician actas por el Escribano Público Interino. Incluye copia del poder especial que otorga Joaquín Muñoz y Muñoz a Nicolás Pastoressa, para que proceda a la cancelación de una escritura otorgada en Xalapa el 3 de septiembre de 1824 por la cantidad de 1 600 pesos, con fecha en la ciudad de Veracruz a 11 de septiembre de 1841, f. 82 - 83 vta., este poder tiene relación con la escritura de 30 de septiembre de 1824, f. 46 vta. - 50 vta. El escribano registra el nombre José Ignacio Jiménez Pérez, éste firma José Ignacio Jiménez, para su ubicación se registró a como aparece en el resumen del acta.
