Don José Martínez, Alcaide de la Real Cárcel de esta Villa, dijo que Juan Alonso, de oficio zapatero, se haya en la cárcel desde el 15 de enero del corriente año a causa de creerse era uno de los socios de Francisco Bernal, contra quien pende causa criminal por habérsele encontrado una granjería o llave maestra y haberse advertido abiertas algunas puertas, se creyó que el citado Alonso era uno de sus cómplices por haber sido su compañero en los presidios del Camino Real, se le aprehendió, y a quien se le comprobó no ser cómplice, por lo que el otorgante se constituye en fiador y carcelero comentariense.\t
