Don Juan Gómez de Estrada y doña Nicolasa Domínguez, marido y mujer, el primero natural de la Villa de Reynosa en el Arzobispado de Burgos en los Reinos de Casilla, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, hijo legítimo de don Ventura Gómez de Estrada y de doña Ángela Pérez de Orna, difuntos; la segunda, natural del Trapiche del Rosario, doctrina de Actopan, hija legítima de don Gervasio Domínguez [Muñiz], difunto, y de doña María de la Cruz Pardo, viva, casada en primeras nupcias con don Benito Posadas; se otorgan poder para testar el uno al otro, asimismo se nombran albaceas testamentarios, y como herederos universales nombran a los hijos legítimos de ambos.
