Don José Alonso Bonilla, del comercio de Coatepec, dijo que por cuanto a don Ramón [María] de Villalba, provisto Juez Subdelegado de esta jurisdicción, se le pide fiador que dé residencia, siempre que se le pida en el tiempo que ejerza su empleo y no pudiendo el otorgante ocurrir a la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz a otorgar la escritura correspondiente, da poder especial a don Francisco de Emparan, de aquel comercio y vecindad, para que en su nombre lo obligue como fiador de dicho don Ramón [María] de Villalba.
