Don José Antonio Salado y José Joaquín Rojas, ambos de esta vecindad, dijeron que Mariano Lucio, se haya preso hace 14 días a solicitud de José María Zamora, de este comercio, por el robo que Lucio sufrió de manos de los insurgentes en el transcurso del camino de Perote de 18 onzas de oro que conducía, de la pertenencia de dicho señor; por lo que ambos otorgantes señalan que se constituyen fiadores de Lucio para que pueda levantársele el arresto, y se obligan con sus bienes y personas a que lo presentaran cada que se les solicite.
