Don Francisco Prudencio Cruzado, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que otorgó su testamento el 9 de marzo de 1771 en la Ciudad de la Nueva Veracruz en el que nombró por albaceas a don Diego Sáenz Rico y a don Manuel Pérez, y porque el primero murió y el segundo está impedido, revoca el cargo a los antes mencionados y por vía de codicilio nombra por albaceas a don Juan Gómez de Estrada y en segundo lugar a don Miguel de Torquemada, y por ausencia de ambos a don Vicente Fernández de Baldimo, a quienes les confiere poder y facultad para lo que se requiera con libre y general administración.
