Don Gregorio Ochoa de Amezaga, del Comercio de España y residente en Jalapa, otorga poder a Francisco de Lisa, Teniente Coronel de los Reales Ejércitos, y Gobernador de la ciudad de Tlaxcala, para que en su nombre demande y cobre judicialmente de don Juan Martínez de Oropeza o a su fiador don Manuel Hernández Vidal, la cantidad de 519 pesos 7 ½ reales, que le debe por escritura; y de lo que recibiere entregue cartas de pago, finiquito, cancelación y recibo, y si por dicha cobranza fuese necesaria contienda de juicio, que la siga, pareciendo ante las autoridades correspondientes.
