Catalina Perdomo, negra libre, mujer de Antonio de Yebra, negro, vecinos de esta ciudad; la susodicha dijo que como su marido no encontró fiador para su causa, ella salió por su fiadora en el pleito por su libertad que hoy tiene pendiente ante la Real Justicia de La Antigua Veracruz, con el Capitán Don Francisco de Arriaga, podatario de Doña Ana de Lara, vecina de esta ciudad; y en caso de ser sentenciado a esclavitud, lo dará a quien lo hubiere de hacer esclavo, de no entregarlo, pagará su valor a su dueño.
