Laureano Fernández de Ulloa, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, con poder y consentimiento de don José Robledano de Cardeña, don Manuel de Olmedo, don Gregorio Fernández Mantilla, don Juan Antonio de Zavalza, don Blas Fernández Álvarez, don José Antonio de Acosta y don Domingo Díaz Mier, para realizar postura por las alcabalas de esta provincia, Jalacingo, San Juan de los Llanos, Teziutlán, Atempa, Papantla, Tetela y Jonotla, por el periodo de 9 años, durante los cuales administrará y realizará el cobro de las citadas alcabalas, acordó con don Manuel de Olmedo y don Gregorio Fernández Mantilla comprometerse a administrar y realizar los cobros de estas alcabalas de manera mancomunada.
