El Licenciado Juan Bernardo Díaz Mier, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario del Obispado de Puebla, vecino de Jalapa, albacea y heredero de su padre don Domingo Díaz Mier y apoderado de sus hermanas, vende a don Pedro de la Cruz, vecino de Jalapa, un pedazo de tierras de labor, ubicadas en la Estanzuela de Chiltoyac, las cuales lindan al oriente con tierras de doña María Pérez, madrastra del otorgante, al poniente con tierras del vendedor, al norte con tierras de la hacienda de Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, alías Lucas Martín, propiedad del Capitán Antonio Vázquez Ruiz, y al sur con tierras de su citada madrastra, dicha venta la hace en 100 pesos de oro.
